Resumo

Alice (Dakota Johnson) é despejada temporariamente por seu namorado da faculdade Josh e muda-se para Nova York para ser uma paralegal. Ela vai morar com sua irmã, um OB / GYN que considera ter uma criança sendo uma mãe solteira por meio de doador de esperma. Alice faz amizade com um colega de trabalho selvagem Robin (Rebel Wilson) que gosta de festas e encontros de uma noite. Robin a apresenta a Tom (Anders Holm), um barman que voluntariamente abraçou a vida de solteiro e goza de inúmeras conexões casuais. Plot

Alice (Dakota Johnson) temporarily dumps her college boyfriend Josh and moves to New York City to be a paralegal. She moves in with her sister, an OB/GYN considering having a child as a single mother via sperm donor. Alice befriends wild co-worker Robin (Rebel Wilson) who enjoys partying and one-night stands. Robin introduces her to Tom (Anders Holm), a bartender who has willfully embraced the bachelor lifestyle and enjoys numerous casual hookups. However, Tom has a crush on Lucy (Alison Brie), who lives close to his bar and is looking for the perfect guy on every dating site possible, even employing the use of algorithms to find one. Alice, taken to Tom's bar by Robin, sleeps with Tom, who explains to her his desire for strictly casual relations with women and shows her the measures he takes to avoid commitment. He fist-bumps her as she leaves. Alice meets with Josh at a pancake restaurant to tell him she is "done" with their break and is ready to get back together. Josh explains that they can't get back together because he is seeing someone else, which distresses and upsets Alice.

Meanwhile, Alice's older sister, Meg (Leslie Mann), who previously decided she did not want to pursue relationships or have children, has a change of heart and decides to have a child via sperm donor. The first in- vitro attempt fails. She starts dating Ken shortly after learning the second IVF attempt was successful, and she hides the pregnancy from him.

Back at Tom's bar, Lucy has a string of bad dates with men she met on dating websites. Tom witnesses all of them and begins to feel despondent and jealous, leading him to realize he has an emotional attraction to Lucy. As her sister kindles her own relationship and goes through her pregnancy, Alice continues to pine after Josh. In an attempt to "put herself out there" she attends a Wesleyan alumni networking event, where she briefly converses with a man named David. Later, Alice and Robin attend Josh's winter holiday party, and as Alice watches Josh dance with and kiss his new girlfriend, Michelle, she becomes melancholy and leaves the party to look at the Christmas tree in Rockefeller Center. Walking down the street, she runs into David, the man she met from the networking event. She invites him to go look at the tree with her, but in reply David says he has to show her something. They go to an empty building under construction, which David reveals to have a striking window view of the Christmas tree. Dazzled, Alice thanks him and they begin a relationship. Three months later, as Alice is singing with David's daughter, Phoebe, David becomes upset and asks Alice what she's doing, reminding her sternly that she's "not Phoebe's mother". Confused, Alice says she didn't mean to upset David and asks him why he's so closed off, particularly about Phoebe's mother. The two break up.

Lucy, having been in a relationship for three weeks with a man named Paul, goes to Grand Central to send him off to the train. Paul reveals that he has been seeing other people, thinking she was doing the same, and breaks up with her. Lucy is extremely agitated and breaks down at her volunteer job reading stories to children, regaling the children with tales about princes who leave princesses and starts trying to cut her Spanx off her body with child-safety scissors. George, who works at the bookstore, soothes her and the two start dating. Later, Alice takes Tom up on his offer to get drunk. The two talk about their frustrations with their feelings for Josh and Lucy and end up sleeping together in an attempt to distract themselves. They fist-bump as Alice leaves.

Meanwhile, Meg's boyfriend Ken discovers she is pregnant, but is eager to help raise her child. Meg, concerned that the relationship will fail after the baby is born, ends the relationship.

Later, at Alice's birthday party, Robin has invited Tom, David, and Josh without Alice's knowledge. Alice is shaken by the presence of all three men at her party and argues with Robin. Still at the party, Tom has gone to confess his feelings to Lucy, who, engaged to George from the bookstore, rejects him flippantly. George, having overheard the exchange, mocks him and leaves. Tom goes home and repairs his tap water plumbing, which he had purposely cut in an attempt to prevent thirsty, hungover women from hanging around his apartment in the morning.

Alice, who has gone out to sit on the fire escape alone, is joined by Josh. The two make out passionately, but stop when Alice is horrified to learn that Josh is still engaged to Michelle. Alice, invigorated by a desire to find herself as a single woman, leaves to go home. Her cab hits Robin, who has purposely jumped on the windshield to get a cab for Meg, who is in labor. Alice and Meg go to the hospital, where Meg successfully delivers her baby. Ken appears and convinces her to re-enter the relationship with reassurances. They kiss and talk to the baby together.

Alice goes to Robin's apartment to resolve their argument, surprised to see that it is large and filled with expensive items. Robin reveals that she is "super-rich", despite having never paid the bill when the two went out. The argument is resolved and they spend the rest of the day together in Robin's apartment. The film closes as Alice reflects on her time living alone and being single. She is seen hiking the Grand Canyon by herself, which she had previously mentioned that she wanted to do in conversations with Josh and David.

Sinopse

Quando a menina de cabelo vermelho se move em seu bairro, Charlie Brown torna-se apaixonado por ela, embora se preocupe com sua longa série de execução de falhas que a impediu de notá-lo; Lucy diz a ele que ele deveria tentar ser mais confiante. Por causa do conselho de Lucy, Charlie Brown decide embarcar em uma série de novas atividades na esperança de encontrar um que vai ficar com a garota do cabelo vermelho. Em uma história ao lado, Snoopy, com a descoberta de uma máquina de escrever em uma lixeira, decide escrever um romance sobre a Guerra "I Flying Ace" Mundial, tentando salvar Fifi do Baron vermelho com Woodstock e ajuda de seus amigos. The Film

The Peanuts Movie (known in some countries as Snoopy and Charlie Brown: The Peanuts Movie) is a 2015 American 3D computer-animated comedy film produced by Blue Sky Studios and distributed by 20th Century Fox, based on Charles M. Schulz's comic strip Peanuts. The film is directed by Steve Martino and written by Craig and Bryan Schulz (Schulz's son and grandson, respectively), and Cornelius Uliano, and stars the voices of Noah Schnapp as Charlie Brown and, via archival recordings, Bill Melendez as Snoopy and Woodstock. It is the fifth full-length Peanuts film, and the first feature film in 35 years. It commemorates the 65th anniversary of the comic strip and 50th anniversary of the TV special A Charlie Brown Christmas, and was released on November 6, 2015.

Plot

When the Little Red-Haired Girl moves into his neighborhood, Charlie Brown becomes infatuated with her, though worries his long-running streak of failures will prevent her from noticing him; Lucy tells him he should try being more confident. Because of Lucy's advice, Charlie Brown decides to embark upon a series of new activities in hope of finding one that will get the Little Red-Haired Girl to notice him. His first attempt is to participate in the school's talent show with a magic act and Snoopy helps as well asWoodstock. However, when Sally's act goes wrong, Charlie Brown sacrifices his time for her and then, with Snoopy's help, rescues his sister from being humiliated, although he humiliates himself in return. Charlie Brown subsequently decides to impress the Little Red-Haired Girl with dance skills, so he signs up for the school dance and gets Snoopy to teach him all his best moves. At the dance, Charlie Brown starts to attract praise for his skills, but then he slips and sets off the sprinkler system, causing the dance to be cut short and all the other students to look down upon him once more.

Later, Charlie Brown is partnered with the Little Red-Haired Girl to write a book report. At first, he is excited to have a chance to be with her, but she is called away for a week to deal with a family illness, leaving Charlie Brown to write the report all by himself. Hoping to impress both the Little Red-Haired Girl and his teacher, Charlie Brown writes his report on the collegiate-level novelWar and Peace. At the same time, Charlie Brown finds he is the only student to get a perfect score on a standardized test. His friends and the other students congratulate him, and his popularity begins to climb. When he goes to accept a medal at a school assembly, however, he learns the test papers are accidentally mixed up and the perfect score actually belongs to Peppermint Patty. Charlie Brown declines the medal, losing all his new-found popularity. His book report is later destroyed by a Red Baron model plane, and he admits to the Little Red-Haired Girl he has caused them to both fail the assignment.

Before they leave school for the summer, Charlie Brown is surprised when the Little Red-Haired Girl chooses him for a pen pal.Linus convinces Charlie Brown he needs to tell the Little Red-Haired Girl how he feels about her before she leaves for the summer. Racing to her house, he discovers she is about to leave on a bus for summer camp. He tries to chase the bus, but is prevented from reaching it. Just as he is about to give up, Charlie Brown sees a kite fall from the Kite-Eating Tree, and the string becomes entangled around his waist and sails away with him, bringing him up to the bus's window; amazed to see Charlie Brown flying a kite, his friends follow.

Upon reaching the bus, Charlie Brown finally asks the Little Red-Haired Girl why she chose him in spite of his failures. The Little Red-Haired Girl explains she admires his selflessness and his determination praises him as an honest, caring, and compassionate person. The two promise to write to one another; Charlie Brown's friends catch up to him and crowd around to congratulate him before picking him up on their shoulders and carrying him away at the end of the film, finally accepting him as a true friend.

In a side story, Snoopy, upon discovering a typewriter in a dumpster, decides to write a novel about the World War I Flying Ace, trying to save Fifi from the Red Baron with Woodstock and his friends' help. He ends up acting out his adventure, coming across Charlie Brown and the gang several times along the way. He successfully defeats the Red Baron and rescues Fifi from an airplane. Lucy narrates the story and when the story finishes, she throws the papers in front of her and calls it the worst story she ever read.
